e3000X is a blower unit for optrel powered air helmets, providing TH3 respiratory protection against smoke, aerosols and dust. It delivers up to 240 l/min of air and runs for up to 18 hours on one battery. An integrated airflow sensor, automatic calibration and three-stage control keep the airflow constant, and when the filter becomes saturated, the unit sounds an alarm and switches to a lower level without interrupting your work.
Inside the helmet, air flows through a channel straight to your mouth and nose, with no turbulence to irritate your eyes, and you can direct up to 20% of it to your forehead. The A1B1E1 gas filter and mountain breeze odour filter extend its range of use, and ATEX certification allows work in zones 2 and 22. For companies, a multi-bay charger for six batteries and a silencer that cuts operating noise by 6 dB(A) are available.
