Overview
e3000X is a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) for optrel powered air helmets. It provides respiratory protection of the highest class, TH3, against respirable particles — smoke, aerosols and dust. An integrated airflow sensor and automatic three-stage control keep the set airflow constant, and every time you switch it on, the unit calibrates the airflow and shows the battery status.
The unit delivers up to 240 litres of air per minute and runs for up to 18 hours on one battery. When the filter becomes saturated at the current airflow level, e3000X gives an audible alarm and automatically switches to the next lower level — without interrupting your work.
A TH3P particle filter with pre-filter is included. An A1B1E1 gas filter and the mountain breeze activated carbon odour filter are available as options. The unit is ATEX certified for zones 2 and 22. The green version comes with belt, air hose, parking buddy and transport bag; the white version is the blower unit only.
e3000X must not be used in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH), in atmospheres with less than 17% oxygen, or where the concentration of toxic substances requires a higher protection class.
