helix pure air quattro is the version of helix quattro designed for use with respiratory protection. You connect it to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system, and the air is distributed comfortably inside the shell. A complete set with the e3000X blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

The Slide Up design lets you switch between clear mode — a clear visor with a 180° view — and pano mode with the Panorama-XXL field of view, 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter. The helmet protects the whole head during welding, cutting and grinding.

The quattro filter has the highest optical class in the series — 1/1/1/1. ShadeTronic® sets the shade automatically between 4 and 13, manual mode covers 8–13, and with the +1.0 inner cover lens the range extends to shade 14. The light state is shade 3, five sensors detect the arc, and FadeTronic brightens the filter gently after welding.

The version with an EN 397 industrial safety helmet weighs 1158 g, and the version without it 828 g. Both come with IsoFit® headgear and a 280 mAh battery charged by the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB. If you do not need an air supply, choose helix quattro.
