helix pure air clt is a helix series helmet prepared for use with respiratory protection. You connect it to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system, and the air is distributed comfortably inside the shell. A complete set with the e3000X blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

The Slide Up mechanism switches the helmet between clear mode — a clear visor with a 180° view — and pano mode with the Panorama-XXL field of view, 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter. The helmet protects the whole head during welding, cutting and grinding.

The crystal lens technology (CLT) filter has the brightest light state in the series — 2.0 — and offers true colour view, so you can follow the weld pool and tarnish colours on the seam more easily, for example when TIG welding. ShadeTronic® sets the shade between 4 and 12, with 7–12 available manually; with the +1.0 inner cover lens both ranges reach shade 13. Optical class 1/1/1/2, 5 sensors, FadeTronic.

The version with an EN 397 industrial safety helmet weighs 1158 g, and the version without it 850 g. It comes with IsoFit® headgear and a 280 mAh battery charged by the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB. The same optics without an air supply are available in helix clt.
