The sphere series pairs a round helmet shell with three proven filters. crystal2.0 with crystal lens technology has shade 2 in the light state with 31% light transmission, so you see the weld pool and the forming seam in almost natural colours. e684, with its stepless 5–13 range, is ideal for gas welding and cutting, micro plasma and TIG, and most other arc processes — on aluminium, chrome-nickel alloys, special metals and steel. vegaview2.5 offers a very bright 2.5 light state, a UV/IR filter for natural colours and low weight.

On crystal2.0 and e684, automatic shade control with an additional light sensor matches protection to the arc, and you can still take manual control via the external button. IsoFit® headgear (S–XL) fits every model in the series and can be retrofitted. The helmets pair with e3000X and swiss air, including in Ready-to-Weld packages.
