Overview

The vegaview2.5 PAPR is an auto-darkening PAPR welding helmet based on the vegaview2.5. It has an air duct and a face seal, and the air is distributed comfortably inside the helmet. It works with the e3000X blower unit or the suppliedair compressed air system.

Its main strength is a bright view: in the light state the filter is at shade 2.5, so you can see your surroundings clearly between welds, for greater safety and efficiency. You set the shade manually between 8 and 12, and FadeTronic brightens the filter smoothly after welding. Three sensors with a detection-angle slider and adjustable sensitivity let you match the helmet to your working position. Optical class to EN 379: 1/1/1/2. The helmet is also suitable for grinding.

The patented eccentric mechanism makes it easy to position the helmet, and the comfort headband spreads the weight to relieve your neck. The filter is powered by solar cells and two replaceable CR2032 batteries. The shell is black. The helmet is also available in a Ready-to-Weld package and as an upgrade package.
