Overview
The crystal2.0 PAPR is an auto-darkening PAPR welding helmet based on the crystal2.0. It has an air duct and a face seal, and the air is distributed comfortably inside the helmet. It works with the e3000X blower unit or the suppliedair compressed air system.
At its heart is crystal lens technology (CLT): in the light state the filter is at just shade 2.0 and colours look realistic. The shade range is 4–12, and ShadeTronic® keeps you working without interruption at any arc intensity. Multi-sensor detection — three sensors with a detection-angle slider — stays reliable even in difficult lighting, and sensitivity is adjustable steplessly, including a “Super High” range. FadeTronic brightens the filter gradually after welding. Optical class to EN 379: 1/1/1/2; a grind mode is included.
The patented eccentric mechanism and the comfort headband help you position the helmet precisely and spread its weight to relieve your neck. The filter is powered by solar cells and two replaceable CR2032 batteries. The shell is silver, with heat-reflective paint, or black. The silver version is also available in a Ready-to-Weld package.
