panoramaxx pure air cltauto-darkening PAPR welding helmet

panoramaxx pure air clt is an auto-darkening PAPR welding helmet with a crystal lens technology (CLT) filter. You connect it to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system, giving you respiratory protection while welding and grinding. A complete set with the e3000X blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

In the light state the CLT filter is at shade 2.0 — the brightest in the panoramaxx series — and renders colours naturally. Before striking the arc you see your surroundings clearly, and while welding you can follow the weld pool and the tarnish colours on the seam, which is particularly useful for TIG. ShadeTronic® sets the shade between 4 and 12 based on readings from 5 sensors, with 7–12 available manually. EN 379 optical class: 1/1/1/2.

The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter, and the patented nose cut-out separates your breath from the filter, so the viewing window does not fog up. The helmet weighs 770–780 g depending on the version, protects against impact from particles travelling at up to 120 m/s and has a grind mode switched from the outside.

Two shell colours are available: black and silver. The specification includes IsoFit® headgear, FadeTronic and a 280 mAh battery charged by the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB. The same filter without an air supply is available in panoramaxx clt.
