panoramaxx quattroauto-darkening welding helmet

panoramaxx quattro is an auto-darkening welding helmet for welders who want the best optics in the panoramaxx series. The quattro filter is rated 1/1/1/1 under EN 379 — including angular dependence, where the 2.5 and clt versions are class 2. The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter.

ShadeTronic® sets the shade automatically between 4 and 13 based on readings from 5 sensors, and manual mode covers 8–13. The light state is shade 3. Sensitivity can be adjusted continuously up to the “Super High” range, and FadeTronic brightens the filter gently after welding. Grind mode is switched from the outside of the helmet.

The helmet weighs 575 g and protects against impact from particles travelling at up to 120 m/s. The patented nose cut-out separates your breath from the filter, so the viewing window does not fog up. The IsoFit® headgear allows a precise fit, and the 280 mAh battery is topped up by the light of the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB.

For respiratory protection there is a Ready-to-Weld package with swiss air and its control panel. The powered air version is available as panoramaxx pure air quattro.
