panoramaxx 2.5auto-darkening welding helmet

panoramaxx 2.5 is a lightweight auto-darkening welding helmet with the Panorama-XXL field of view — 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter. The wide filter improves peripheral vision, and the patented nose cut-out separates your breath from the filter, so the viewing window does not fog up.

The helmet weighs 575 g yet is highly robust: it protects against impact from particles travelling at up to 120 m/s. Grind mode is switched from the outside without taking the helmet off, so it works equally well for welding and grinding.

Version 2.5 is the entry-level filter in the series: light state 2.5, ShadeTronic® 5–12, manual mode 7–12 and EN 379 optical class 1/1/1/2. The series also includes panoramaxx quattro (light state 3, shade 4–13, class 1/1/1/1) and panoramaxx clt (light state 2.0, shade 4–12, crystal lens technology). All versions have 5 sensors, FadeTronic and continuous sensitivity control with a “Super High” range.

The IsoFit® headgear offers numerous adjustment points, and the 280 mAh battery is topped up by the light of the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB. For respiratory protection, choose the Ready-to-Weld package with swiss air or the powered air version, panoramaxx pure air 2.5.
