panoramaxx pure air quattro combines the best optics in the panoramaxx series with respiratory protection. You connect the helmet to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system. A complete set with the e3000X (ATEX) blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

The quattro filter is rated 1/1/1/1 under EN 379 — including angular dependence, where the 2.5 and clt versions are class 2. ShadeTronic® sets the shade automatically between 4 and 13 based on readings from 5 sensors, manual mode covers 8–13, and the light state is shade 3. Sensitivity can be adjusted continuously up to “Super High”, and FadeTronic brightens the filter gently after welding.

The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter, and the patented nose cut-out separates your breath from the filter, so the viewing window does not fog up. The helmet weighs 745 g, protects against impact from particles travelling at up to 120 m/s and has a grind mode switched from the outside.

IsoFit® headgear and a 280 mAh battery charged by the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB complete the specification. The same filter without an air supply is available in panoramaxx quattro.
