Overview

panoramaxx pure air L is a passive helmet for work with handheld laser equipment, combined with respiratory protection. Its colour filter protects the eyes against laser radiation in accordance with EN 207 and ISO 19818-1, with protection level 2. The protection is always active — the helmet has no auto-darkening filter.

You connect the helmet to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system. It has a face seal and comfortable air distribution inside the shell — a good choice where laser radiation comes with fumes and dust. A complete set with the e3000X (ATEX) blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter. Position Locker holds the helmet securely in the open or closed position, and the IsoFit® headgear offers numerous adjustment points. The helmet weighs 775 g and is also well suited to grinding.

It is intended for tasks such as laser cleaning and laser cutting; for laser welding, use panoramaxx pure air hybrid or pure air hybrid clt with an auto-darkening filter. After a direct hit from a laser beam the helmet must be replaced.
