Overview
panoramaxx L is a passive helmet for work with handheld laser equipment. Its colour filter protects the eyes against laser radiation in accordance with EN 207 and ISO 19818-1, with protection level 2. There is no auto-darkening filter — the protection is always active and needs no power supply.
The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter, with a clear, crisp image. Position Locker holds the helmet securely in the open or closed position, and the IsoFit® headgear offers numerous adjustment points. The helmet weighs 605 g and is also well suited to grinding.
panoramaxx L is intended for tasks such as laser cleaning and laser cutting. For laser welding, choose panoramaxx hybrid or panoramaxx hybrid clt, which combine laser protection with an auto-darkening filter. After a direct hit from a laser beam the helmet must be replaced.
For respiratory protection there is a Ready-to-Clean package with swiss air, and the powered air version is available as panoramaxx pure air L.
