panoramaxx pure air hybrid clt is an auto-darkening welding helmet with built-in laser protection, a crystal lens technology (CLT) filter and a powered air supply. It was developed for handheld laser welding, which produces fumes and fine dust as well as intense radiation — so it combines protection for the eyes, face and airways.

You connect the helmet to an e3000/X blower unit or to a suppliedair compressed air system. It has a face seal and comfortable air distribution inside the shell. A complete set with the e3000X (ATEX) blower unit is available as a Ready-to-Weld package.

Manual mode in the 3–8 range is recommended for laser welding. In automatic mode ShadeTronic® sets the shade between 4 and 12 based on readings from 5 sensors, the light state is shade 2.5, and FadeTronic brightens the filter gently after welding. The passive laser protection is always active. The Panorama-XXL field of view is 6.3 times larger than a standard 100 × 50 mm filter, and the CLT filter offers true colour view.

Position Locker holds the helmet securely in the open or closed position, and grind mode is switched from the outside. The helmet weighs 850 g and comes with IsoFit® headgear and a 280 mAh battery charged by the welding arc (re-charge) or via Micro USB. Without the air supply, it is available as panoramaxx hybrid clt.
