Overview

The liteflip autopilot PAPR is a super-lightweight auto-darkening PAPR welding helmet with a flip-up design. It has an air duct and a face seal, and the air is distributed comfortably inside the helmet. It works with the e3000X blower unit or the suppliedair compressed air system.

You weld through the auto-darkening filter, then flip it up to grind with a clear view — with your respiratory protection in place throughout. ShadeTronic® selects the shade automatically between 5 and 14, the light state is shade 4, and a specially developed UV/IR filter provides true colour view. Three sensors, stepless sensitivity adjustment with a “Super High” range and FadeTronic, which brightens the filter smoothly after welding, complete the package. Optical class to EN 379: 1/1/1/2.

The helmet weighs 730 g. The patented eccentric mechanism and the comfort headband help you fit it and relieve your neck, while interchangeable side panels let you personalise it. The filter is powered by solar cells and two replaceable CR2032 batteries.
