Overview

The neo p550 is a lightweight auto-darkening welding helmet from the Y series for welders who want an easy-to-use helmet for everyday work. It weighs 495 g without side panels and 520 g with them, and the interchangeable side panels let you personalise its look.

You set the shade between 9 and 13; in the light state the filter is at shade 4 and offers true colour view. Three sensors and stepless sensitivity adjustment with a “Super High” range take care of arc detection, and FadeTronic brightens the filter smoothly after welding, so your eyes tire less. Optical class to EN 379: 1/1/1/2. The helmet has a grind mode and is also suitable for plasma cutting.

The patented eccentric mechanism makes it easy to position the helmet on your head, and the comfort headband keeps it comfortable to wear.

Choose a black or black-green shell. A black version with a universal hard hat adapter is also available.
