Overview
The sphereX clt is an auto-darkening welding helmet from the new-generation sphereX series, equipped with crystal lens technology (CLT). The filter offers outstanding optical clarity with a light state of just shade 2.0, and the field of view is more than 30% larger. Colours look realistic, so you see your workplace and the weld clearly before and after welding.
ShadeTronic® selects the shade automatically between 5 and 12, and manual mode offers ranges of 4–8 and 8–12. Five sensors detect the arc even in difficult lighting, sensitivity is adjustable steplessly (including a “Super High” range), and FadeTronic brightens the filter gently after welding. Optical class to EN 379: 1/1/1/2.
The IsoFit® X headgear offers a wide range of adjustments, and the Position Locker holds the helmet open or closed. The helmet weighs 640 g, is suitable for grinding, and its filter is powered by solar cells and two replaceable CR2032 batteries.
For respiratory protection, combine the sphereX clt with a swiss air blower unit in a Ready-to-Weld package; for use with the e3000X or suppliedair, choose the sphereX pure air clt. A sphereX clt gold 40th anniversary edition is also available.
